If at any point your heating system doesn’t start we recommend a power reset, which may resolve the issue. This is done by turning your controller off, followed by turning the power off at the GPO that your unit is plugged into . Or alternatively, it may be easier to turn the power off to your house (at the mains). Leave for a minute and then turn back on.
